Refund policy
At fkwdit, every piece is made and inspected with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Note: A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
When partial refunds may apply
- Item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Return requested after 7 days from delivery.
- Item shows signs of wear beyond trying it on.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within several business days.
If a return is rejected (for example, if an item appears worn), we will ship the item back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or card account.
- Contact your card issuer — processing times can vary.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@fkwdit.com.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or style, return the original order for a refund and place a new order.

fkwdit reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Thanks for supporting independent streetwear.
